Healthy Strawberry Popsicles (Gluten & Dairy Free, Vegan, Paleo)
These strawberry popsicles are the perfect summer treat – refreshing, aromatic, sweet, and healthy. The strawberries give them the bright colour, as well as an abundance of vitamins. This easy popsicle recipe is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, and it’s bound to become a favourite this summer. NOTE: The prep time does not include the freezing time.

1 3/4 cups (350 g) halved strawberries
1/4 cup (70 g) maple syrup
+ 2 tbsp (190 mL) almond milk
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients together. You can either blend until completely smooth, or leave a few small chunks of strawberries for extra texture – both versions are super yummy.
Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.
The next day, remove the strawberry popsicles from the popsicle moulds and enjoy!
